On 7-8 September, Wiltshire's VERVE Wellness Festival will bring wellness, fitness, education, food, drink, camping and glamping all together for an almighty celebration of healthy hedonism. An alternative festival choice for those who'd take a weekend of tranquillity and mindfulness over music and mud, VERVE is a stylish, zero waste, independent festival set in a beautiful natural location with an events schedule packed with activities that combine health and hedonism. Here's a flavour of what to expect...

Over the weekend, a Workout in the Woods class will run every hour between 11.00 and 16.00, lasting 45 minutes. If long distance is more your bag, Guided Farm Runs will be taking place across the surrounding fields and farms.

NATURE
VERVE’s selection of classes and workshops are there to help attendees feel more at one with nature, and to encourage the practice of mindfulness. The schedule includes stargazing, silent walks, art workshops with local artist David Walsh and Bushcraft Initiative classes to teach all types of skills such as fire making and spoon carving.
